| The Very Best in College Hockey! After a six month season, it is with great pleasure that the tournament committee releases the tournament field for the 2010 ACHA Division 2 National Championships. The American Collegiate Hockey Association now boasts over 170 teams competing at the Division 2 level in four regions: Northeast, Central, Southeast, and West. At the end of the regular season the teams that are ranked 1-2 in their region are given automatic bids to Nationals and the teams ranked 3-10 compete in Regional tournaments to win a berth to Nationals. After it is all said and done the top sixteen teams in the country will converge on the International Skating Centre from March 17-20, 2010 for one of the greatest hockey showdowns in Simsbury's history. |
